PENNY LEE BLOWES

Penny has been a Paralegal at RKB Law Solicitors since September 2019.

Penny provides assistance to the fee earners at the practice in matters concerning Community Care, Mental Capacity and Immigration. Penny assists on Welfare matters and in cases concerning deprivation of liberty of individuals in care homes, hospitals and community settings under the Mental Capacity Act 2005. She attends hearings on behalf of clients at the Court of Protection and Administrative Court at the Royal Courts of Justice in Judicial Review proceedings.
