LILLIAN LYLE

Lillian joined RKB Law Solicitors as a paralegal in August 2023. She provides assistance to the fee earners at the practice in matters concerning Community Care and Mental Capacity.

Lillian assists on Welfare matters and in cases concerning deprivation of liberty of individuals in care homes, hospitals and community settings under the Mental Capacity Act 2005. She also attends hearings on behalf of clients at the Court of Protection.

Education
Lillian graduated from the University of Westminster in 2023 with LLB Law (Hons) and is looking to start the Legal Practice Course in early 2025.

Work Experience
Prior to joining RKB Law, Lillian worked as an Immigration Paralegal alongside her studies at University. She worked on applications for Spousal visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain and Visitor Visas. Lillian also assisted in preparations for appeals against a decision by the Home Office.

Interests
Lillian enjoys travelling, visits to art galleries and history museums, and loves to spend time with friends and family.
